Although I had to wait a couple of weeks, Jay called as arranged. He listened, took the time to fully explain his recommendations and answer all of my questions. A fixed quote for a Boiler in a different location, the work was scheduled. Jay and his guys turned up promptly and the work was completed without drama in the allotted time. Respectful of the home they are working in they are speedy, clean and tidy workers. Very happy with the installation.

Jay and Brandon arrived on time and even texted to say they were on their way. They covered all floor surfaces and kept everything clean and tidy.
They replaced 3 radiators in a barn conversion after the cast iron ones started leaking badly.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for our next project.

Jay and his team have just fitted a New Boiler for me. Great workmanship, everywhere left clean and tidy and all done in the same day by 4pm. After they had cleaned out the central heating system all my radiators now work as they should.

We have recently purchased a new home in Garstang. Jay was recommended to us following and enquiry on the Your Garstang FB page. He came post our home survey and provided a gas inspection and advised us on his findings. Once our purchase was completed, Jay and his team installed a new boiler and replacement radiators in our new home. Some unexpected problems were found but Jay explained everything and his proposal to rectify the situation without incurring huge expense. Everything was completed efficiently and well within the promised time. Jay is very knowledgeable and happy to spend time discussing options and advising according to need and budget. I cannot recommend you enough. Having telephoned Hayley on the 9th December 2020 to say that my boiler had packed up. Your response was brilliant. Having to travel further afield to get the boiler required, due to the size of the boiler I needed being a Guest House, without any hesitation. By Monday 14th December I had heating and hot water. The place was left clean and tidy to boot. You even did a few extras for me without any hesitation. The work both you and Brandon carried out was second to none. We had a recent New Boiler installation and reconciliation of 1 pipe/2pipe heating system. Jay took time to analyse the problems and resolve. Knowledgeable, experienced and thorough.

I know I made the right decision in choosing your company to install our new boiler. I found the whole experience from quote to fitting was hassle free. Jay contacted me within minutes of submitting my requirements through the Worcester website. We discussed the type of boiler I had chosen, and I was given a starting figure over the phone. (Which made a refreshing change). Jay was easy to talk to, not pushy in the slightest and any questions I asked were answered fully in a way I understood. Although I had received quotes off two other companies which were comparable, Jay Law had made an impression from first contact, with both the advice given and my formed opinion of trust for this company.
On the agreed - date the work was started and the boiler was up and running within the agreed time scale. The workmanship carried out by both Jay and Ben was exceptional; all the pipework was neat and tidy. In my opinion they went the extra mile to make sure it was a neat job; tidying a couple of other things as they went along. After the work was complete, the work area was left clean with all waste and scrap removed. One other thing I must mention is how professional Ben and Jay were whilst carrying out the work, but still very friendly and chatty. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay Law Ltd to anybody who wanted a professional job at a reasonable price.

Boiler installation - Worcester Bosch Boiler has been installed today and I’m over the moon with this installation. The team were tidy and efficient with neat pipework. Wish all installers were as good as they were.

Jay and Brandon came to change my kitchen mixer tap. Great service from start to finish. Jay is very purposeful and professional which inspires confidence, and friendly too which is a bonus. When I booked Hayley was very helpful and I appreciated how clear she was about charges and appointment details. All in all a great experience and will definitely use again.

We have recently used Jaw Law to install 2 boilers and have no hesitations in fully recommending this company. Their professionalism, quality of work and friendly manner in which it was undertaken was exemplary.

I recently chose Jay Law Ltd to replace an ageing Baxi boiler that was installed in a really awkward tight brick alcove last week... I knew it would be a tricky one due to access so had a few quotes first and as we all know, it’s not just about money.

Jay came along with his son, priced the job up and interestingly, was the only one to do a water flow check on the shower on level two in order to check the boiler I chose would maintain the same or better water flow as my oversized but apparently strong flowing Baxi!

Nobody else had explained that the smaller boilers I was considering tend to have lower water flow specifications! Imagine your shower or bath being a little less powerful after the expense of a new boiler because you were ill advised!

Thanks to the wife’s taste, I ended up with a boiler that looks like a massive Apple iPad, but it has an amazing 12yr parts and labour guarantee and as Jay pointed out, when priced against the £35 a month I used to pay British Gas Homecare to maintain my ageing boiler that kept breaking, well... work it out yourself!

When I agreed the job, Jays wife Hayley contacted me with fitting dates and the lads turned up on time, with the first lad, Ben entering on his hands and knees rolling a protective material through the house ahead of him so the lads boots didn’t touch my floor once. This put me at ease immediately.

The lads were all really friendly and polite, made the absolute minimum mess and cleaned up properly after themselves. They were genuinely a pleasure to have around the place.

The price at the end of the job was exactly as agreed, none of those “extras” you dread, and most importantly to my wife it seems, the rather stunning looking new boiler is ready to have a nice new gloss kitchen designed around it. Because apparently... New boiler = New kitchen right?

Bottom line...
Small businesses need our support in these dark times and this is one well run small family business that really does deserve our hard earned money.

Professional and polite service with excellent work carried out!

Jay was very punctual when he arrived, he was friendly from the start and identified himself with all the relevant I.D. cards. He had a high technical understanding of the fault on my Worcester boiler and was highly professional. His work is accredited and guaranteed and I believe it was good value for money. It is a family business which has been trading for 19 years, I would not hesitate to use this business again and I would highly recommend this business to both friends and family.

We had our Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler serviced by Jay today. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job of servicing our boiler. It is very clear that he really knows his stuff and he is passionate about what he does. He’s Worcester Bosh accredited which to us was very important. We will definitely be recommending Jay to our Family and Friends in Garstang.

From the first phone call (Thanks Hayley) to the Boiler installation (Cheers Jay) I found them to be a ‘TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL’ Company. Jay turned up on the day agreed with two work colleagues all totally proficient in their work. Which amounted to a First Class Job. Would I contact them again? Without hesitation!

Our boiler needed to be replaced and I contacted Worcester Bosch for help. They informed me that they would get someone to ring me later.
10 mins later I was contacted by Jay Law who offered to come and check things and offer me a price on a new boiler.
This he did within a couple of hours, gave me an excellent price and said he would install the boiler the day after tomorrow.
He arrived at the time he promised along with his son Brandon
The new boiler was installed within 4 hours and out of 5 stars I must give 10!!
The workmanship was excellent, both with Jay and his son (should be a raise in there for you Brandon!)
Courteous and clean with all the electronics explained.
Follow up calls from Hayley re paperwork and the whole job could not have been better.
